Featured Podcast: Corporate Crime Litigation in Latin America
In this episode, my colleague Gabriel Pereira and I discuss the emerging landscape of corporate crimes practice in Latin America, sharing insights from his work as the lead attorney in the La Fronterita case and Amnesty International's support with the submission of an amicus brief in the case. The conversation explores landmark corporate crimes cases from the region, challenges faced by legal practitioners in bringing these cases, and lessons learned from efforts to hold corporate actors accountable for complicity in crimes against humanity across the region.
